The fully equipped and remodeled kitchen is perfect for cooking meals for your group. The kitchen features custom cabinets and lighting, granite countertops and new appliances. The condo boasts an open floor plan, with plenty of seating and dining space in the living room area. For entertainment, there is a TV located in the living room, equipped with cable. Stay cool with A/C in every room and ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable CAL King size bed and an en suite bathroom with a large, tiled shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin size beds. In the hallway, you will find the guest bathroom with shower/tub combination. The upstairs bedroom loft offers a Queen size bed. A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6\. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total. The condo also includes a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi. Enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean, tropical grounds and koi pond from this spacious Papakea condo! Sip local coffee and watch fiery sunsets from your private, comfortable lanai. \*\*\* Notice of Property Plumbing Project: \- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit began December 19, 2024, with an estimated completion for this unit projected on or around January 24th, 2025. \- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work. \- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. \- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM. \- Dates are subject to change. This lovely condo was our home for a fun family vacation. Six of us, all adults, stayed very comfortably and truly enjoyed everything about the property. Not only was the condo perfect - the entire resort just plain works. From the excellent staff to the onsite Expedia Specialist, the easy walking access to morning coffee, food trucks and more, and especially the stunning sunsets, we couldn't ask for more. Condo was spotless. Big enough for the 6 of us. Well stocked with everything we needed. Great views of the ocean. Walking distance to shops/restaurants.The amenities at the condo were great. It was our 40th anniversary, so we decided to make it a family celebration. It was 2 weeks of pure bliss! So many activities on the island, and the resort waiting for us when we wanted to relax. Papakea was magnificent. The room was perfect for us, and the service was top notch. Owners got back to us immediately with any questions we had.
