"It took a bit to find our unit, but we reached out to Crystal through text a.d get help. In addition, a coupled of "residents" help find out unit. Key lockbox was a bit tricky. Upon entering unit was Clean, updated,and had all we needed for the trip. We really just had to pack our clothes! 3rd night into our trip we had a broken garbage disposal and closet door, But we contacted Crystal via text and it was replaced/repaired next day while we were out. Last night in the unit, we had bugs come...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 209. We were there for 9 days and were able to enjoy all it had to offer. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We were very grateful for the cooler, umbrella and beach towels which we used daily. The view and AC were wonderful and we loved our evening time out on the lanai enjoying sunset. It was not fancy but everything you need for a great week and at a great price."

"Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously. Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room. "
