The vacation apartment "JJ City Apartment" in Algund/Lagundo at the gates of Merano is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free vacation with your loved ones. The 48 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 4 people. The equipment also includes high-speed WLAN with a workstation for home office, a washing machine, heating with controlled room ventilation, 2 smart TVs, as well as children's books and board games. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, die Geräuschdämmung und die in der Tiefgarage befindliche große abschließbare Einzelgarage. Cons: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem "Klimahaus". Die Wärmedämmung ist so gut, dass sich die Wohnung kaum abkühlt. Die Permanentbelüfung sorgt zwar für etwas Abkühlung aber trotzdem war es in der Wohnung mitunter zu warm. Cons: Trotzdem, daß die Wohnung in einem Klimahaus war, wurde die Wohnung für die sommerlichen Verhältnisse während unseres Aufenthalts sehr warm. Eine Klimaanlage wäre angebracht gewesen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral - hat den Nachteil, daß eine verkehrsreiche Straße direkt vor dem Balkon/Terrasse der Wohnung vorbeiführt. Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz.
