Lt. Angebot hatten wir über FeWo-direkt bei den Vermietern Evelyn und Eduard Unterweger 7 Übernachtungen in einer sogenannten Luxury Suite mit separatem Schlafzimmer für über 2.100,00 € gebucht. Der Check-in verzögerte sich um über 2 Stunden, weil unsere Unterkunft nicht gereinigt war. Die Verantwortlichen waren nicht vor Ort, die Übergabe sollte eine Dame vom Reinigungspersonal erledigen. Die hatte den Auftrag, uns (Familie mit 13jährigem Sohn) lediglich 1 Zimmer , ausgestattet mit Bett und Schlafcouch, Bad und Kochnische zu übergeben. Unter solchen Gegebenheiten ist uns aus gesundheitlichen Gründen ein Erholungsurlaub nicht möglich. Das Zimmer haben wir abgelehnt und über 2 Stunden vergeblich versucht, unsere Vermieter über die benannte Kontaktnummer anzurufen, um vor Ort eine Problemlösung zu finden. Schließlich half uns die Putzfrau. Diese konnte über ihr privates Mobiltelefon Kontakt zu Herrn und Frau Unterweger aufnehmen. Beide, Herr und Frau Unterweger, zeigten im persönlichen Telefonat mit uns auch nach Hinweis auf die gesundheitliche Notwendigkeit eines separaten Schlafzimmers keinerlei Interesse an einer Problemlösung. Damit habe man nichts zu tun. Wir hätten uns wegen der fehlerhaften Objektbeschreibung an FeWo-direkt zu wenden. Herr Unterweger weigerte sich sogar, seine E-Mail-Adresse zwecks Kontaktaufnahme herauszugeben. Wir wurden am Telefon regelrecht abgefertigt. Unter diesen Umständen blieb uns nur noch die sofortige Abreise. Herr und Frau Unterweger lehnen auch nach mehrfachem Schriftverkehr bisher jede Verantwortung für die fehlerhafte Objektbeschreibung bei FeWo-direkt ab und verweigern bis dato auch jegliche Rückerstattung von Kosten. Beide Verantwortliche bieten nicht einmal an, uns Leistungen zu erstatten, die wir zwar im Vorfeld bezahlt haben, die aber nicht angefallen sind. Beispielsweise Endreinigung u.a. FeWo-direkt bietet eine Vermittlung zwischen den Parteien an, lehnt aber die Verantwortung für das falsch deklarierte Angebot ab. Logische Begründung: Für die Richtigkeit der Inhalte auf der Angebotsplattform ist der Auftraggeber, also in diesem Fall Herr und Frau Unterweger verantwortlich. Fazit: Wir fühlen uns nach Strich und Faden über den Tisch gezogen und werden den Rechtsweg bestreiten. ##### Gerd K. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Benjamin B., Berlin 9 Jul 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Traumhafter Urlaub in fantastischen Luxussuiten Die Appartements der Anlage „The View“ - namensgebenden hierfür der atemberaubende Blick auf die umliegenden Gebirge und die Städte weiter unten im Tal - sind schlichtweg einzigartig! Moderne und luxuriöse Suiten, die mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurden - selbst die Blumen im Garten blühen alle in strahlendem Weiß und passen sich so hervorragend in das Design ein. In der Realität noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Gastgeber sind einfach klasse und sorgen für das Wohl der Gäste - zu empfehlen ist der köstliche Frühstückskorb, der jeden Morgen vor der Tür steht, mit Liebe hergerichtet ist und für den perfekten Start in den Tag sorgt. Unbedingt die Restaurant-Tipps von Evelyn und Edi beachten - spitze! Bei heißem Wetter sorgt der Pool für die perfekte Abkühlung. Das Dorf Algund ist wunderschön und Meran mit seinen vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Für Wanderungen in den Bergen ebenfalls optimal! Die Wohnung ist absolut hochwertig ausgestattet, wir können die durchweg positiven Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Wir hatten mit 4 Personen ausreichend Platz, selbst für 2 Jugendliche ist das Schlafsofa ausreichend groß. Eine Klimanlage, die über den Boden kühlt, sorgt für allzeit frische Luft, ohne dass eine Erkältung droht. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen trägt das genau wie die luftige Lage im etwas höher gelegenen Teil von Algund sehr zur Erholung bei. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und sehr gepflegt, durch die kleine Wohneinheit gibt es genug Gelegenheiten, auch mal in Ruhe zu schwimmen. Unsere Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben viele gute Auflugs- und Restauranttipps von ihnen bekommen.
