  • 'On The Sand' with private beach access, this remodeled fully-furnished oceanfront beach house is located in the absolute heart of the Laguna Beach Village. Walking distance to all the famous restaurants, art galleries, shops, and entertainment, this cottage offers the true 'vacation lifestyle'. The open great room and brand-new gourmet kitchen overlook the ocean. Perfect home for entertaining or relaxing on the sun-drenched private decks. Two terraced stone patios, outdoor fireplace, Jacuzzi Spa, BBQ, and all newly purchased furniture make this beach house is truly one-of-a-kind.

    Home offers king bed and a twin sleeper sofa (for 1 person) in master suite, a queen bed in the secondary master bedroom, a bunk bed in the third bedroom. (There is also a loft but that is only accessible via a ladder along the wall. Thus, loft accessibility would not suit everyone).
