So we couldn’t confirm check in time and location, if we could store bags, or have any of the issues below addressed. Also refused partial refund. "the apartment is dirty. we came to check-in at 4 p.m. and the cleaning lady was still there. we had to wait 1 hour on the terrace before entering the apartment. the toilet was leaking and it was very small. poorly designed. I advise against staying there."
