    This spacious apartment is set in a private development with communal swimming pool, parking and garden.
    Located in central area of the popular western city of Lagos it is extremely close to several locations, supermarkets, golf courses and the downtown quarter of this historic and popular city.
    The apartment is very modern and is a second floor unit comprising living room with balcony overlooking the pool area, fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms facing the back of the development and a master bedroom with on-suite bathroom facing the pool area and with access to the balcony. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage.
    The kitchen has dish-washer, washing machine, electric hob, oven, micro-wave, fridge-freezer, breakfast bar and a small independent balcony.
    The apartment has double-glazed windows, electric shutters, WIFI, Cable TV and Air-Conditioning.

Fine for a weekend escape

Very nice apartment, spacious and with access to a very good pool. Only thing that was not working properly was the air conditioned.
