Disliked: Communication
Unacceptable, recommend avoiding. The office staff were friendly in person but absolutely zero response to our communication via WhatsApp, email or the Expedia app which we booked through. So we couldn’t confirm check in time and location, if we could store bags, or have any of the issues below addressed. Also refused partial refund. For the amount we paid for a less than 24 hour stay, would have been better if we just stayed at a hostel. Broken shower fixture and the bed head fell down off the wall with screws exposed. Both could have caused injury. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom. Only two rolls of toilet paper in the whole place for three people. There was no iron despite being listed in the apartment details. Floor was dirty with spots of liquid like sauce or similar.
