2 Bedroom Apartment with pool near Cavoeiro

The apartment is on the ground floor of the small Ponta Grande Carvoeiro complex. It consists of 17 apartments with mature gardens situated in a tranquil location on a private condominium providing a safe environment for the whole family.
The apartment also benefits from having free Wi-Fi and Cable TV, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and lounge, and a dining area.
There is off-street parking and an outdoor shared swimming pool with a separate kids section

It is situated in Sesmarias which is very close to Lagoa, Carvoeiro, and Ferragudo. With several beaches nearby with the closest being Praia dos Caneiros less than 5 mins away. The area has a selection of good quality restaurants and parades of shops.
It is conveniently situated very close to the motorway making it easy to reach any destination.

The closest restaurant is just 3 minute walk from the apartment but in Carvoeiro and Ferragudo you have a selection of good quality restaurants. If you prefer fine dining, try one of the few Michelin-star Restaurants in the Algarve in Sesmarias just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
There is an ATM, Mini market, and coffee shop just a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

It is deal for family holidays or golfing, it is close to several beaches and all amenities. There are several golf courses to choose from all at your doorstep with Pestana Gramacho Golfe and Vale da Pinta less than 5 mins away.

Short Break
The property was in excellent condition and the quiet location suited us admirably. The grounds were well kept and the pools, albeit rather cold at this time of the year were superb. The only thing which we thought may help guests would be to include in your A to Z guest information pack is where to find the outdoor rubbish and recycling bins, the location of which is by no means obvious.

Lovely apartment for families
We had a wonderful stay at Ponta Grande. The apartment was nice and clean and well laid out, with plenty of space for a family of 4. It's a great base for exploring towns and attractions in the area, but is only a short Uber ride from Carvoeiro if you want to leave the car behind and enjoy the local restaurants. Communication with the owner was excellent, he gave us recommendations on places to eat and visit, and responded promptly when we did have questions. Overall very much recommended and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Lovely Apartment!! we have an excellent stay and very near to some beautiful beaches.
The apartment was extremely clean, it had a fully equipped kitchen, which was good as we cooked sometimes in the apartment. There was a cool bag and picnic plates and cups and ice blocks in the freezer which was ideal for taking picnics to the beaches. Lovely comfy lounge area and good programs tv options, sports and English tv and movies for the evening. The bedroom areas had plenty of storage and very cool at night. The bathroom was very modern and amazing rain drop shower head. The owner had left a very informative folder on how to use the TV and local restaurant's to visit and information in case of emergencies. The pool area was maintained daily and it was nice to be near the pool and take a dip when you liked. Just up the road from the apartment was a super restaurant "Luisa" and we ate their a few times and the little supermarket had a good range of essentials and plenty of bottled water and very friendly. We really did have a lovely holiday and was a excellent base to visit some stunning beaches, we did paddle boarding twice, snorkelling, walks on the boardwalk in carvoeiro and 8mins drive to slide and splash. Big thank you to Artur !!

Short Break
The property is clean and well maintained. It has everything you need if you do not want to eat out. It also has a good internet connection which is essential for most people travelling now. Although it does not overlook the coastline it is very close to numerous beaches and cliff top walks. It is also well placed for many good places to eat even if they are a short car ride away. Overall a really nie place to stay and good value .

Lovely Apartment, peaceful location, great facilities
From start to finish this has been an excellent property to stay at allowing access to all of the local area from a quality base with a high standard of facilities. Lack of aircon is not an issue as there are plenty of fans and apartment remains cool because of shutters. Artur the property manager was outstanding. Excellent, prompt and helpful communications. He has been a pleasure to deal with and always focussed on ensuring the highest quality experience for us as guests. The Apartment is lovely with all furnishings of a high standard.. Kitchen has all you need and bathroom and shower are excellent. TV and WiFi spot on. Never seen such a choice of channels. Outside, the ground floor means a nice patio with a view of the lovely pool area. Maintained early every day it has 3 pools catering for all needs and ample sun beds. Also children's play area and grass areas to use. Shade under trees with access to benches is a lovely bonus. All in all couldn't fault the apartment or the booking process from start to finish. Thank you for a wonderful week. We will definitely recommend and hopefully be back.

Perfect Start to our Summer Holidays
We were absolutely delighted with this property. It was spacious, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The grounds were immaculately maintained ,as were the three well sized pools. This small development was the ideal family holiday location, with excellent drink ,food ,minimarket and bars nearby. Art is an excellent host, attentive and helpful. We had no problems locating the apartment or accessing entry- The whole trip was seamless. We are definitely returning!-This was one of the most relaxing carefree holidays we have had and this was due in no small part to this wonderful accommodation and host!- Thank you so much for everything Art!- Highly recommend without hesitation :)

Fabulous relaxing holiday.
Fabulous holiday in Casa no Sol in Carvoeiro, We spend a fabulous holiday which was so relaxing with great accomodation. The apartment was very clean,, fully equipped with everything you need. A place which was so clean and cosy, feels like home, A great plus which is always so apreciated also had WIFI and IPTV . The owner, Artur, very friendly and always so helpful. Highly recommended. Definitely coming back for a another Fabulous holiday. Top rating 5/5
