First of all it was very difficult to find as the road to the property was closed and we had to do a de-tour to get to it. The room was not in the main building as shown on the picture, in order to get to our tiny room we had to go down almost twenty steps, with no lift! The room was scruffy and needed updating . We went out and came back to find the room was crawling with ants, which took us a while to get rid of them. I have made a list so other people would be wary of booking this place: 1) Tatty paintwork 2) Bad leak of basin plug 3) only one bedside table , so we had to improvise with a suitcase instead 4) infestation of ants around sink and cupboards 5) Unhelpful receptionist 6) Unhelpful Manager! 7) No Lift 8) unreliable Internet

We arrived having believed that we had booked bed and breakfast to be told that we had to pay an additional 30 euros for breakfst which was very poor by the host.

Didn't use the pool, but it was nice as part of our view. Our room was on the bottom floor and no elevator, so the stairs were a bit of a challenge. Golf course was a bit of a drive, but worth it once we got there.

We stayed in a studio. Dated accommodation. Not particularly well equipped kitchen. Water way too hot from taps to boiling point. Positives - good view, bottle of water, tea and coffee supplied.

Dirty

The room was dirty. We stayed there 3 days and it wasn't cleaned once during out stay. The toilet seat was dirty (yellow stains) and looked like it hadn't been changed for years. The bathroom floor had stains and there was hair in it when we arrived. It was pretty dirty.

The drain in the shower filled up quickly and let through a bad smell. Bed sheets weren't cleaned when room was cleaned, the bed was just made (2 pen marks on the sheet proved this)
