The apartment we ve booked I could visit after a week with the option to move there, but it was full of moist and left in a terribly by the long term guests . It got cleaned up with chlorid, but of course the smell stayed for a while and stung when breathing. So we stayed in the old alternative apartment .We had noise from the construction site on the whole building, sometimes the elevator didnt work, some day the light in the hall ways didnt work.If the apartment we ve booked is in a good shape and the construction work is finished this year, it will be a very nice place to stay. Die gesamte Anlage ist jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, im Schlafzimmer wäre eine Klimaanlage sinnvoll. Balkon ist sehr klein.
