The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). "A very central location. Lovely small, friendly hotel. Staff very helpful, spoke good english and nothing was too difficult for them to arrange. Small pool, sauna and spa were lovely. Due to its size they limit the number of guest so you need to book a hourly slot in advance. We quickly got in to the routine of booking the free hotel shuttle for the ski lifts and the spa after skiing if we wanted to go. Bar was nice for a pre-dinner cocktail. The hotel has a ski store room with heated boot racks - located beside the shuttle van so very convenient. The staff helped with restaurant recommendations and bookings and also are able to help arrange a transfer from Geneva airport at much better prices than found on the internet."

"I had low expectations of this hotel due to reviews but was very pleasantly surprised and would absolutely stay again. Can only assume poor reviews are for apartments and not rooms. We had a newly renovated suite which had a separate living area and two bathrooms. Yes you could hear music from outside but wasnt awful. We paid a supplement for the 'thinky' card as travelling with 2 year old- bit unclear what it actually covered bar a room with pureed sauces for pastilla for kids dinner? However childcare was reasonably priced and while attendants were young (students?) they were sweet. Excellent location. Only criticsm would be the high level of greenwashing- lots of plastic. "

"This property is not in the hotel… it’s an apartment, next to the hotel…. But… it’s superb location, right next to slopes, hot shower and warm room. All you need! No cooker, only hob and microwave. Location is amazing and pretty tidy. Would definitely go again with family. (2 adults 2 children). "

"The hotel is the perfect place to come to for skiing (short walk to Eucherts ski lift). The highlight was the spa, which we used every day, has all you need (steam room, sauna, cold plunge and jacuzzi). Our room was spacious with lovely mountain views. Ski lockers were the best we have used, with specific places to put helmets, gloves, boots and skis."
