The tour guide were very helpful making sure I am safe and comfortable in the water because I am not a swimmer. I appreciate the guide helping in the cave and taking photos. We anre anlso grateful for the doctor on duty be because in the last day, we got sick having diarrhea and vomiting. The first aide electrolytes really helps. Everything is excellent. We had a good time and memorable experience. Thank you to all the staff. "

"The room was basic but we had what we needed. The downside was there was a gap in the door to the patio. There were tons of ants in our room despite not having and food or drink. Our bags were covered in them. We ended up hanging our bags off the rack in the shower and that helped but still lots on the floor. Talking with other guests they had the same problem. "
