Was iffy about the condition of the house because of that one review, turns out the house was in great condition!! Everything was clean, thermostat, hot water, everything works great!! It was all 12 of us and we all slept comfortable. Host was very kind, perfect to place to rent if you wanna be in the middle of downtown laffy. Parking fit 4 vehicles comfortable. Lock works great. The gate was comforting to have. Great stay.

Old home, very wired electrical things. No lamps on bedside tables, couldn’t get the tv channels to work. A/C cold. Upstairs master bedroom rodents fighting in the attic all night had to get a broom and bang on the ceiling. Refrigerator works,,,sort of. Very scary neighborhood. Police cameras every 100 yards. Slept with my gun. Couldn’t lock the main entry date. Rear staircase is so rotten only one person at a time could feel any safety using them. Inside spiral staircase is a joke. If you are an average to large person,,,forget it. Also as you use these stairs in the middle levels,the stairs aren’t of the same distance so you stumble every time. Weird. Beds were comfy and place was clean. If you are looking for cheap cheap cheap this is a palace. But I would have a gun just in case. Poor poor area. Abandoned house next door. Probably where most of the rats live. Good luck.

It was a good place, clean, and located centrally to everything. Had a gated parking area which was nice and everything was well taken care of. We were there for work and this definitely fit the bill. I would stay again.

The condition of the property is unlivable. Mold, bug traps, insufficient a/c and tarped roof. I booked a work crew here and they couldn't stay. Due to complications of business, it was reported on the third day of the four day stay and a refund was denied.
