Located in the heart of Lafayette this beautiful open floor plan loft with 20 foot ceilings, has everything you are looking for. Located 1 minute from the Cajun Dome and ULL’s Cajun Field and just 5 mins away from all that Downtown has to offer, this clean & well kept loft is packed with all the amenities you need to call home regardless if you are staying 2 nights or 2 months! Lots of FREEBIES are included as a “thank you” for staying and I will be happy to serve as your personal concierge!

Emergency Stay

My mom was hospitalized at the Oshners in Lafayette. I had to make last minute arrangements and the owner was very accommodating to us. The place is very cute and clean. I would stay again but hopefully never under the same circumstances.

Family and Festival Visit

We had a little wait for cleaning of unit. We visited with family in town during that time. It was an easy commute to their house. Unit was nice and clean on our return. Unit was comfortable and quiet except for a neighbor using a gas chainsaw early on a Saturday morning. Any questions and needs were quickly responded to. Would stay there again!

I can’t say anything that I didn’t like, because the place absolutely nice. I had no issues. It was very clean and had everything I needed in the place. Very quiet and great location. I will definitely book again.

Christmas stay

We were visiting family and didn’t want to overwhelm my son with a new baby. It was a good choice for myself and a couple. We never did get hooked up to wifi but it didn’t make a difference as we were mainly at the host family house.

The loft was amazing! Was so cut and comfy! Was very clean! The host was great! Very responsive and helpful. Had everything we needed. Was more than we expected. The beds were so comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back for the next crawfish festival!
