  • This charming, updated condo is conveniently located minutes from Weirs Beach in Laconia and can comfortably accommodate six guests in its two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The bedrooms include a queen bed in each plus a new sleeper sofa in the living room.

    The home comes complete with a renovated kitchen, updated flooring throughout, two full bathrooms, a large 55 inch flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace in the living room. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, window AC unit, and a flat screen TV with cable access. Dine and relax outside on the patio with a private gas grill and landscaped lawn while enjoying the scenic mountain views.

    While this is a ground-level condo, guests must use steps to access the home, as there are multiple stairs to get from the parking lot to the building, and steps to get to the home from the entrance of the building. Onsite amenities include a newly renovated saltwater pool with several patio tables and chairs, public gas grills, a kid's playground, tennis/basketball courts and a coin operated laundry facilities next to the pool area. The condo property is located a short walking distance to the Weirs Beach and Lake Winnipesaukee activities, nearby restaurants, bars and shopping. Gunstock Mountain is 10 minutes away while a 45-minute drive you’ll arrive at Loon and Waterville Valley.

Wonderful Getaway Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our week is not for everyone. We absolutely enjoy the location. We are in the middle of everything bikes, music and friends. We work very stressful jobs and here we get to escape. We are within walking distance to food, shops, the beach and all the entertainment. Or we can just hang out at the condo by the pool, have a BBQ or mingle with the friendly neighbors. Our accommodations are perfect. Very clean, well kept and our guests enjoy relaxing there as wll. We love coming back every time.
