- Great condo townhouse in private setting. 3 bedrooms sleeps up to 8 people 4 adults 4 kids. Air conditioners in each room. Excellent outdoor space, yard and patio. Enjoy outdoor fire pit and gas grill. Short walk to Lake Winnipesaukee, Alton Bay beach and town docks. Restaurants, mini golf, Mt. Washington dock all within walking distance. Docks available for rent at Parker Marine about a 5 minute walk from the house.
