Location and breakfast are 5 star but the rooms need some work. We've stayed here a few times and it's luck of the draw what kind of room you get. This last time we got a remodeled room with a horrible layout. Shower was up a steep upstairs, toilet was down stairs. The previous stay was an old room with cracked tiles on the bathroom. With this Location, the hotel has a lot of potential but needs some TLC. In addition, we asked for an early wakeup call and a driver for an early morning flight with the concierge and even double checked with her before retiring at night. We got NO wakeup call and it wasn't even registered with the front desk! We were lucky to catch the flight.

Best Western Patio is on a quiet street but close to everything. Two elevators. The roof terrace and patio added to the pleasant experience. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Staff always pleasant. Room has just enough room and bathroom is modern and clean with walk-in shower. Will stay here again.

"A stopover night with friends. A budget hotel so expect to get what you pay for! The bathroom is an experience! In general the room reminded me of a cabin on a cross channel ferry . It's a 5min drive out of town. Breakfast was OK. Parking not secure but safe."
