"We really appreciate this hotel for accommodating our early check-in, even with an additional fee. Our room was clean and comfortable overall, but there were a few things that could definitely be improved. The bedroom door was extremely difficult to open and close. It required a lot of force to pull, which caused me terrible muscle pain after having to do it repeatedly throughout our stay. I would especially not recommend this for seniors or anyone with mobility issues. There was also no telephone in the room, which was a first for us. Whenever we needed something, such as pool towels or a plastic bag for the ice bucket, we had to walk all the way to the front desk. Unfortunately, our room was also located quite far from the main lobby, which made this even more inconvenient. That being said, we still enjoyed our stay. My kids absolutely loved the indoor water park, and we truly appreciated that the hotel welcomed and accommodated our puppies. 🐶❤️ Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but addressing these issues would make the experience much more convenient and comfortable for guests.l."

"The staff was excellent from check in to check out. Arun set the standard and Eliza topped it off. I was 2 minutes late to breakfast and they allowed me to fix a plate and even brought the milk back out for me. I know they easily could have said that breakfast was over at 9am but they didn't. My room was clean and cold, which was great! Thank you!"

"Parking is a huge problem, have to park a block away after checking in and if there are events going on it only is worse. Also, the shower control is on the opposite wall of the shower head making it awkwardly difficult to set the temperature. The sleeping area of the room lacks good lighting but overall the room was pleasant and comfortable."

"The location is great, close to restaurants and shops in downtown SF. The river view and back patio is nice for a cocktail. The breakfast lady is the best! She takes pride in her kitchen. The property is a little worn but overall clean and a good value."
