"Genuinely one of the most jarring stays I’ve ever had to date. Don’t believe the pictures; the air conditioned comfort penthouse advertised does not have windows in the walls of the apartment, and was barely ‘indoors’ much less ‘air conditioned’. There is a single room with air conditioning. The room itself has a broken window that does not enable to close the window which makes the air conditioning pointless. "It is located right at the historic centre. The owner upgrades my room with good sunset view of the sea. The posada does not have lift but the owner was kind enough to help bringing my luggage up to 3/F. English is not spoken. Breakfast has little choices but enough to fill my stomach."

"This Pousada is located in a nice well lit area that is steps away from restaurants, police station, bank and churches. Lots of other things like museums, more restaurants, cable cars etc are also walk away. The Pousada itself is small and cute with about less then 10 rooms, therefore, you get a more personalized service. It has breakfast available everyday for a very small fee and it is delivered to your room. Reagan one of the managers and Sandra one of the other staff members were absolutely amazing, helpful, friendly and always made sure to give us everything we needed. I would recommend this Pousada!"

"AC was leaking all over the wall and the floor. They sent someone to fix it but it was leaking during my whole stay. They did offer to change my room but I was already settled in and said no. They did make the bed and change the towels every day. Breakfast was lackluster but included with the stay. Other guests were extremely noisy when walking up and down the stairs, especially the kids who were vocally loud as well while running up and down the stairs. "
