Wonderful house on natural grounds near the golf, 6 persons

This modern house, built on 3 levels, is situated on 1600 sqm natural grounds, with a wonderful relaxing view from the terrace, in the luxurious residential area 'Golf', adjacent to the fantastic golf terrain of Lacanau-Ocean.
From the hall, you get into the deeper living area with dining room, open fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, TV and fireplace. On the ground floor you will also find a double bedroom, a shower room and toilet.
Upstairs there is another double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a bathroom and toilet.
The house has a wonderful terrace with spectacular views on trees and greens. Garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue are available.
Distances: ocean beach about 3 km, Lacanau center about 2 km.

Belle maison avec vue magnifique

Maison très belle et très confortable avec une vue magnifique sur le golf sur la terrasse où est à moitié couverte donc pas facile de manger dehors quand il pleut. Nécessité d'être véhiculė car plage à 2km et commerce à 3km. Faisable en vélo mais attention c'est très vallonné ! Je recommande ce lieu qui est aussi très caime si vous aimez la tranquillité.

Belle maison au calme de Lacanau tout en étant proche de tout en vélo. Trois belles chambres, et une prestation globalement de qualité, même si quelques petits points seraient à maintenir en meilleur état. Cuisine bien équipée, grand séjour et belle terrasse. Très bon séjour, reposant et sportif!

Au calme sous les pins, entre lac et mer

Une maison spacieuse et bien équipée et avec une superbe vue reposante donnant sur les golfs; des pistes cyclables tout autour (attention quelques côtes!;-), et le bruit des grillons. Des vacances !

Pittoresque et reposant

La maison est vraiment spacieuse et rayonnante. La nature sous les pieds et une vue formidable dans la foret et le golf. Un plaisir d’y passer ses vacances, des vélos sont fortement recommandée pour aller au centre ville et a la plage. En grand une maison très solide, clean et chouette à vivre.
