The 80 m² property includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to six people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a dishwasher, as well as a selection of books and toys for children. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.



The villa offers a private outdoor area with a hot tub (which can be heated up to 37 degrees and is accessible year-round), a garden, a covered terrace, and a barbecue.
