About 3 km from the ocean and the lake, the villa is located in a quiet area within the Eden Parc residential complex on the edge of a pine forest and has a large private swimming pool. Beautiful holidays with family or friends await you in this green setting! You have access to cycle paths that allow you to fully enjoy the beach, lake or forest. This 85m² colonial-style villa has a magnificent fenced garden on a tree-lined plot of 1000m². It consists of a living room (with TV), dining room opening onto a large shaded terrace, with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, electric hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, citrus press, toaster and filter coffee maker). You have a master suite with its private bathroom (bathtub) and 2 bedrooms with 2 separate beds with a second bathroom (shower). Finally, you have access to a well-equipped laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. This villa is truly ideal for accommodating 8 people.
