Located in a seafront residence, it overlooks the promenade directly, separated from the beach by areas designed for walking and children's play. The setting is calm and pleasant, while remaining close to shops accessible on foot. Lacanau Lake is approximately 5 km away. The residence's car parks are arranged at the rear, away from the promenade. The apartment offers a functional layout, ideal for a stay by the sea. The living area consists of a dining space with a table and chairs, a sideboard, a television and a sofa bed allowing accommodation for two people. The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is equipped with electric hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, storage as well as crockery and kitchen utensils for daily use.
