"This was one of the easiest and most enjoyable hotel stays we’ve had. The room was impeccably clean, honestly among the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The floors were spotless, all of the dishware was clean, and every part of the room felt well cared for. We stayed in a Double Queen room and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The nearly full kitchen, complete with a large refrigerator and freezer, was a huge bonus and made traveling much more convenient. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Even the little things stood out, like how well everything worked and how thoughtfully the room was designed. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and evening treats, which were a lovely added touch. As a pet-friendly hotel, it checked every box for us. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and family-friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family or pets."

"Here’s a professional and positive review you can post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at TownePlace Suites. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the convenient location, the amenities, and the overall peaceful atmosphere. The housekeeping team did a great job, and the entire property was kept in excellent condition. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area for business or leisure. Thank you for a great experience!"

"Second time staying at hotel Valencia and service is still phenomenal. I reached out to ask regarding late check out and a crib for my son. The staff was very nice and understanding about the late check out and extended out to 1pm. Crib was in the room by the time we arrived. Also asked for a microwave and fridge but they were maxed out on fridges so they let me use the beverage fridge without being charged. The hotel is very clean and love the smell in the hallway. The character of the building is exquisite. Also I love love their complimentary sangria! Definitely staying here again!"

"From the outside, the property is clean. Walked into the lobby and thought the front desk person had a friend hanging out with him while this other person was on the phone having a loud conversation with someone else. Come to find out it was a weird man trying to cancel his booking through Expedia but taking his frustration out on the front desk person. The encounter was less than 5 mins thankfully. The room looked decent but once I looked closer to the bed it had a weird pink stain on the sheets. The bed was hard and the springs make a lot of noise. The walls have black markings of some sort. The lights flickered a lot. The remote batteries were low. The TV picture wasn’t very clear. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The water pressure wasn’t the best. You can see the outside from the bottom of the door to the room. The property isn’t in a bad area but safety is still a concern."
