La Magnanerie is a welcoming two bedroomed converted silk worm factory ideal for two couples or a family situated half way between Lablachère and Joyeuse.. The property is at first floor level, entering by a tiled staircase with a baby gate onto the large wooden balcony/loggia set out with table and chairs for the superb views where you can fully enjoy the mild Spring and Summer nights and the wonderful colours of Autumn. The living area is open plan and comfortable with two sofas with a separate area which houses the fully-fitted custom built kitchen with 5-burner, two oven cooker and washing up machine and a dining area. Open stairs lead upstairs to two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. There is space in the double bedroom for a baby bed or cot which we can provide, subject to prior notice and availability. Similarly, a baby's highchair can also be made available for you. The bathroom contains a toilet, sink and large shower. There is a baby gate at the top of the stairs. Please note there is limited headroom in the bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor. Mind your head on those beams! Wi-fi connection available. Smart television with French channels, DVD player and music centre. Free parking for one vehicle only. La Magnanerie is immediately beside the pedestrian and cyle route which links Lablachère and Joyeuse. We also let La Petite Grange (Property number 1000462) which is an adjoining gite with two en-suite bedrooms for 4 people, so if you wish to come as a group, both properties can be let at the same time, subject to availability. The properties share a grassy garden area with sun loungers, benches and parasol.

La Magnanerie is a comfortable property that we enjoyed. The location is excellent and it is possible to see many parts of the L'Ardeche if you are adventurous. The property is clean and well-equipped. The host Jane was welcoming and is very knowledgeable about the local area. There is a road outside that is noisiest in the mornings but we were not overly disturbed. This property does have low beams in places upstairs so probably best not recommend for tall people. Otherwise a great choice.
Logement bien structuré ,proche de beaucoup d'activités (30 minutes en grosse moyenne) ,propriétaires très sympathiques !!Un bémol pour le passage routier très très bruyant aux vues des vitesses utilisées par les gens ne respectant pas les zones .Environ 15 minutes aller pour rejoindre la boulangerie de Lablachère c'est très bien pour s'aérer au lever

Nettes, niedriges Haus...
Eigentlich ein nettes, kleines Haus, allerdings ist die Deckenhöhe im oberen Bereich fragwürdig niedrig und für Menschen über 165 cm eher nicht geeignet. Außerdem fehlt ein größerer Spiegel und ein Schrank bzw. ein paar Haken zum Aufhängen von Kleidung. Das Geschirr war... knappund zusammengesucht.
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus und die Vermieterin Jane war extrem nett und zuvorkommend.
Leider ist das Bad/WC winzig und durch die Dachschräge kaum nutzbar, kein Spiegel und für Personen > 1,70m (!) definitiv sehr unbequem.
Die direkt anliegende Strasse ist leider morgens/tagsüber sehr laut, so dass wir nur mit geschlossenem Fenster geschlafen haben.
Ansonsten abends tolle Aussicht vom überdachten Freisitz und insgesamt gute Lage.
Propriétaires sympathiques, disponibles et à notre écoute.
Bien équipé, bien situé,avec du charme et une belle vue.

Vraiment trop bruyant,en bordure de route vraiment fréquentée.de plus la propriétaire est venue nous voir à 22h00 le premier soir pour que nous fassions moins de bruit parce-que ils travaillaient.je précise .57 ,63,et 83ans pour l'âge de votre groupe.

Das Haus hat einen großen Wohn-/Essbereich und ein uriges Schlafgeschoss, in dem Erwachsene den Kopf einziehen müssen. Betten sind aber auch für große Menschen geeignet ;-). Wir haben vor allem alles, was mit dem Fluß Le Chassesac zusammenhänght gemacht (Baden, Wandern, Kanu, etc.) Die Ardeche selbst war im August doch sehr überlaufen. Hierfür war dei Ausgangslage der Wohnung fantastisch.
Gîtes chaleureux et confortables avec musique et livres à disposition. Cadre super avec vue sur la vigne de la terrasse.
Les Hôtes sont super ! Gentils, discrets et très attentionnés pour que l’on passe un bon séjour.

Keurig huis op een mooie plek. Mooie ruime veranda met nagenoeg de hele dag voldoende mogelijkheden om in of uit de zon te zitten. Schitterend gebied met veel wandel/fiets mogelijkheden. Zeer vriendelijke en betrokken eigenaren.
Uitzicht op heuvels en wijngaarden met wat bebouwing. Vooral zonsondergang is prachtig.
To keep it short: We liked it very much!
The house was very cozy, had everything we needed for our one-week vacation and looked just beautiful. We slept very well and in absolute silence - which is extremely nice when living in a metropolitan area. The mountainside around is astonishingly beautiful, as well as the small villages everywhere. Also we can highly recommend nightly strolls to see the most beautiful starlight sky.
Jane is the best host, she was very accomodating after our 14h ride and is just a nice person. Thanks again for making our small trip very uncomplicated!

Rien dans cette annonce ne permettait de savoir que la location était à 1 M du bord d'ne RD très fréquentée, ni que la belle terrasse ne pouvait être utilisée en raison des odeurs d'égoût en provenance de l'assainissement individuel; rien ne précisait que dans la chambre et l'exigüe cabinet de toilette il fallait se déplacer plié en deux sous peine de heurter les poutres. Impossible de se reposer!!
Dommage, car hôtes sympa, ameublement et électro-ménager de qualité
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Jane pour notre petit séjour en Ardèche.
La Magnanerie est une bulle de confort et à proximité de toutes activités et commerces pour un séjour réussi.
Nous aurons le plaisir de revenir.

Très bon séjour en Ardèche, la maison est en bord de route mais bien située pour la découverte de l''Ardèche. Salon cosy, cuisine fonctionnelle, super terrasse avec une belle vue sur vignes et monts. Je suggérerai de mettre des petits stores aux fenêtres des chambres et la climatisation à l' étage pour les fortes chaleurs. Propriétaire très gentille et réactive lorsque nous avons besoin.

Si vous faites plus de 1,60 ! et que vous appécier le calme....
...chercher une autre offre. L'emplacement au bord de la D104 très passante ne convient pas aux vacanciers recherchant le calme...dommage car l'autre côté de la maison est très agréable. Nous avons aussi payé de notre personne pour les poutres de l'étage, dans les chambres et dans la salle de bains, en nous cognant, à chaque fois que nous redressions un peu.
Les environs sont très agréables, et nous avons fait en sorte de passer le maximum de temps à l'extérieur... C'est la première fois que nous somme déçus par une location....On ne peut pas gagner à tous les coups !!!!
Endroit parfait pour visiter la région et ses multitudes villages pittoresques.
Nous avons été très bien reçus dans une maison parfaitement propre, bien aménagée et très bien située. Avons apprécié: le calme pour se reposer, regarder les étoiles la nuit depuis la terrasse, être près de beaux villages (vallon pont d’arc, Baluzac, Largentiere, Joyeuse ..) - pour en nommer juste quelques uns - et faire de belles randonnées - Les propriétaires ne sont pas loin si besoin de quoique ce soit. Une location tout confort!
