"We had an amazing stay at Villa Pavincica in Mali Kosi near Rabac. Lovely house, well-equipped, beautiful views, great pool! The location is fantastic and Petra and Leo were really helpful when we arrived. Thank you!"

"I really wanted to love this place. It has so much potential, and the interior design is great. However, sadly, my 2 nights there weren't as expected. 1. The pool was full ot bugs and flies and, overall, less clean than you would like it to be. 2. The bigger issue is that our shower broke the moment we used it, and then the water was dripping (not a little) throughout our stay... 3. The wifi is totally choppy, so if you want to work, you need to tether. 4. Lastly, the moment people arrived at the room next door, it felt as if we were in a dormitory ...you could hear everything they did or said. As luck has it, they werre also a group of inconsiderate guests and were up and about way after it's polite in a hotel setting. For the price, sadly, the quality wasn't there. "

"Easy check in process. House was great for our needs two families- one family of 3 (had a 4 year old) stayed in the right half of the house which has two bedrooms and the open plan kitchen space. The other family of 4 9 and 11 year old stayed in the 3 bed side with small kitchen and living room. The main feature of the house is the outdoor space which is amazing the garden is large with football and badminton and a swing. The pool is a good temperature and perfect size. The seating around the garden is great with the outdoor kitchen only lacking a nearby fridge. The outdoor shower was amazing. The indoor spaces are dark but the beds are large and there are plenty of plates etc but some more large glasses would be a good addition to the house. Things we found we needed to purchase quickly so if you doing an arrival shop: bug spray and repellent candles, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll. The host was available for questions we had during the stay and gave good recommendations of places to visit "

"We stayed here with our 3 children (1, 6 & 8). The house is perfect, plenty of space for us and the kids loved the pool.We've stayed in a. few villas over the years and this one has been one of the better places we've stayed. The villa is fairly modern, so the AC stood up to the 35 degree heat really well and with units in all the rooms the house was always cool and comfortable.Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed and we made use of the barbecue too.The pool is ideal, clean and water was clear and well maintained.The location is great too, 3 minute drive to 3 supermarkets which was really great with the kids.We visited the old town for dinner a few times (5 minutes by car) and we also visted Rabac too (10 minutes by car) where the beaches (pebbly and rocky so bring suitable swimming footwear) were crystal clear and completely picturesque.The hosts were fab, very helpful and attentive to anything we needed and even sent a small gift for my wife's birthday which was very thoughtful.For us it was ideal, and Croatia is absolutely beautiful - close enough to italy for amazing pizza, close enough to bavaria for amazing. beer, what more could you ask?We'll be back."
