Bad service
"This is not a 5 star hotel, we were accommodated in 4 star room, the service is a disaster, staff is kind, but they no nothing about their job. The restoran was closed 15 minutes before the official closing time (lunch time). Overall, not worth of the price."

Lovely Hotel with friendly staff
"Even before we arrived we already had a positive experience from the hotel. We e mailed them prior to our stay to ask about transport links from Pula airport and they arranged a Taxi for us from the airport (they did tell us how to get there via Public Transport we just opted for the taxi route to ..."
