  • Casa Zamarija is a holiday home for 7 people with a swimming pool in a very quiet location near Labin.

    This house is a typical Istrian stone house, renovated with a lot of attention and creativity, and every detail is a real little work of art. Labin is only 3 km away, while Rabac and numerous well-kept beaches are 6 km away. In the spacious garden, guests can enjoy a swimming pool with hydro massage and children's pool, sun loungers for sunbathing, a covered summer kitchen with a wood fireplace, an outdoor shower and several parking spaces. The house is surrounded by greenery and is ideal for a relaxing holiday in absolute peace.

    Casa Zamarija consists of a ground floor where there is a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the ground floor of the house there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The air conditioning for the rooms on the ground floor is located in the hallway. Two rooms have a double bed and one room has three beds. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

"Die Unterkunft verdient eine 1+ mit Sternchen.

"Die Unterkunft verdient eine 1+ mit Sternchen. Bei der Ankunft ( 2 Stunden früher als 16.00 Uhr ) war bereits alles fertig zum Einzug. Iris und Robi haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und eine Führung durch das Haus gemacht. Alles war sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Im Kühlschrank hat uns 1 Flasche vom selbstgemachten Wein, Wasser und Saft empfangen. Auf dem Küchentisch standen frische Blumen und eine Schale mit Weintrauben und Feigen. Mit 3 Schlafzimmern ( alle individuell eingerichtet ) 4 Bädern, einer gut ausgestattenden Küche sowie einem großen Wohn/Essbereich fühlten wir uns gleich wohl. Gut funktionierendes W-Lan im Haus sowie alle deutschen Fernsehsender waren vorhanden. Der Außenbereich ist genauso individuell wie der Innenbereich. Überall entdeckt man was Neues. Der Außenkühlschrank sorgt für kalte Getränke. Durch den überdachten Bereich konnten wir auch bei sehr warmen Wetter gemütlich draußen frühstücken. Der Pool/Whirpool war sehr sauber und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Liegen am Pool waren sehr gut. Es hat wirklich nichts zu meckern gegeben. Im Ort gibt es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehenswert ist das kleine Stadtzentrum mit seinen kleinen Gassen und einigen guten Restaurants und Pizzerien. Wir waren zu viert dort und jeder von uns würde das Haus sofort wieder buchen. Bei Fragen konnten wir Iris per whatsApp anschreiben und haben immer kurzfristig Antworten bekommen. Sabine , Manuela , Carol und Dirk im September 2024"

Liebe Iris, lieber Robi, wir waren die ersten Gäste eures wundervollen Anwesens. Das war ein tolles Gefühl! Vielen Dank für die außerordentlich nette Gastfreundschaft mit einigen, köstlichen Geschenken und die unvergessen schöne Zeit auf diesem herrlichen Fleckchen Erde. Wir werden Istrien und Tiko wirklich sehr vermissen uns noch sehr lange von den wunderschönen Bildern zehren, die wir an den Traumbuchten und in Labin gemacht haben. Alles Liebe, Birgit & Familie
