"This property was great, after an other local virtual check in failed to send me instructions to get in, this place accepted my book couple of hours prior and I arrived and 1 am and got checked in and sorted formalities, reception say on the day spoke English which was a relief at that time in the morning, the room much more presentable that most Travelodges in the uk, can’t argue with price as was £25, no complaints for the price and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again "

"This is a party venue first and foremost. It is a hotel only incidentally. It is only one level, immediately above the noisy party. Complaining to the front desk doesn’t help: supposedly the party venue is under separate management. Stay only if you are hard of hearing."

"Excellent location to the center of Katowice. The property was the best with respect to cleanliness that I ever had a chance to stay during my travels all over the world.
The staff was, by far, the complete package for delivering exemplary customer satisfaction. I felt that each of them were dedicated to providing assistance for every aspect of the stay. I really appreciated their individual efforts to make my stay one of my most enjoyable stays at a hotel!
