We invite you to discover this villa with its excellent amenities, accommodating up to six people. You can enjoy a private swimming pool (9x4m, 1.50m deep) with its inviting pool deck, terrace, and a fully landscaped garden of approximately 4000m² with a pétanque court. The house comprises, on the ground floor, a large, bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bedroom (queen-size bed) with its own bathroom (shower and bathtub), a dressing room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm), a bathroom (shower and bathtub), a separate toilet, and two terraces. TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and barbecue are included.
