Really well equipped, clean, comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed using the three different outside seating areas and there's a lovely new pool that was great for cooling off in, as well as a hot tub. The main open plan living and kitchen area, nice master bedroom and family bathroom are up some outdoor steps on the first floor. The other two self-contained bedrooms (with ensuite facilities) are accessed from external doors on the ground floor. Whilst this suited our grown up family it may not work for those with very young children.The village is picturesque and quaint, has a little shop, castle and a couple of restaurants. A short drive takes you to bigger towns and lots of adventurous river activities.
