"Cozy hotel"

"Nice hotel for this price. The staff are polite and friendly. The room are small, but clean with good bedding. Not far from a Metro Station"

"The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind, the location is very convenient and right near the metro. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again during my time in Paris!"

"Great hotel away from the crowds. Very clean facilities with AC which was necessary in the record heat wave. Helpful staff who took our postcards to mail and guided us to purchase the stamps nearby."

"Basic clean room. Bed was very hard. Breakfast was good. Excellent value for the money"

"Nice little spot in a good location"

"Decent good for the money The free breakfast was excellent"

"Very clean safe building in a great neighborhood."

"Had a very enjoyable stay! Close to public transport and many fun restaurants. Excellent communication. We would stay here again!"

I told the manager and he just told me to throw it away. I was quite disappointed for this lack of care and asked for a partial refund but they refused. I will never book with Flat Guest...

"While the property was ok, it did not meet the advertisement. The internet and TV did not work. The property manager attempted to resolve but could not. We left after 1 night"
