Craving peace and wanting to recharge? Look no further, this house is the ideal place. Its exceptional view of the Rance makes it a peaceful location. You will only need to go into the garden to enjoy the horizon and the soothing view of the water, where you can even catch a glimpse of the Saint-Hubert bridge.



Direct access to the slipway below is via a private staircase. You will be able to store your paddleboards and other water sports equipment there. The reserved parking spaces at the property also allow you to store your boat if you wish. 2 water sports centres are located 5 km on either side of the house for the enjoyment of young and old alike.



The house has a garden and a terrace, which will be your favourite refuge during the fine weather. Here, you will enjoy savouring your breakfast, having fun with the children or simply enjoying a moment of rest.



As for the interior, it has been tastefully decorated and furnished. Its cosy living room invites you to relax in front of the television. The dining room invites moments of conviviality around good meals, and finally, the kitchen is modern and fully equipped to prepare your dishes with ease. It is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.



The house, which can accommodate up to 7 people, has 3 bedrooms. The first is peaceful and comfortable thanks to its blue colour, its view and its large queen-size bed. The second, in green tones, has a double bed and also benefits from the view over the Rance. Finally, on the upper floor, under the eaves, a large room where children will love to spend time, with 3 single beds, a games area and a reading corner.



For children, a travel cot, a pushchair and a high chair are available.
