Wonderful retreat

Wonderful stay near Zion

We had a wonderful time on our fall getaway to Zion. Beautiful and very clean house. Everything we needed was provided, lots of small touches. The fire pit and hot tub helped us stay warm in the cool evenings :)

Loved this property!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house had everything we needed for the four of us. The beds were comfy, and the hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking. The location was perfect, only a short drive to Zion, with good restaurants nearby. We will be back, Thank you!

Zion hikes

Our 5 night stay was great. The location was perfect and very roomy. We enjoyed using the hot tub after some long hikes.place was fully furnished as described. Highly recommend staying here.

Great base for Zion NP visit

My new wife and I enjoyed “The Watchman” while visiting Zion NP on our honeymoon. It is just a short 25 minute drive to the park and has a grocery store a couple blocks away. The hot tub and fire pit area was the perfect spot to relax after long days exploring the park. We would definitely stay there again.

Family Adventures

We had a great stay, it was so nice to come back after a full day of hiking and relax in the hotub. We were centrally located between Zion and other areas we hiked this trip. We would stay here again!

Zion/Bryce Canyon National Park Trip

Great location. Grocery store is a 10 min walk or 2 min car ride down the street. Coffee and sandwich or quiche at the end of the street for quick drive through service on your way out. From this location you can easily choose the route through Zion or around Zion to Bryce. House was clean and had adequate bath and hot tub towels. Had most everything we needed! No inconveniences. Would stay again.

Great Stay!

We stayed here in late February/early March and it was great. Very clean, all appliances worked, and the hot tub was very nice to have after running the Zion Half Marathon! Thank you again for your hospitality!

Spring break

This home was very clean and comfy! It was near several nice hikes which our kids enjoyed. We also caught Zion Jeep Tours one evening with Ben (so fun!) and had a fab dinner nearby at Balcony One for my daughter's 15th birthday. The hot tub was a treat with the weather being cooler in the evenings. Really comfy beds in all three rooms. Well-appointed kitchen to cook meals. We appreciated the stocked Starbuck's coffee. Also, it was handy to be so close to the local grocery. A really nice home!

Spring break stay

Our family of 5 had such a relaxing stay in this cozy home. I felt safe with all the safety features such as written instructions and fire extinguishers throughout The communication with host was quick when needed. Info was thorough. Only a 20 min drive to Zion National park. My sons all said the beds were so comfortable. One of the rooms was a little warm but host provided 2 fans which alleviated the problem. We had everything we needed.

Spent new years hiking around Zion at this Vrbo

Rented the place with friends for New Years. Lovely house with fully stocked kitchen. Close to Zion National Park and within a day trip to other national wonders. Right across the street from a grocery store. Would stay here again!

Simply Amazing

There were so many incidentals i didnt even need to oack. This place was seriously stocked with essentials i never even considered. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Close to gas stations and food. Highly recommend.

Close to the park

Clean and easy drive to Zion. Host is readily accessible. We had a few hiccups, but the space is fantastic for a group because it’s big enough to have your own space and be together. It is very warm in the summer months, it appears the a/c might not be able to keep up under 75 degrees on the thermostat, making the bedrooms almost unbearably warm. I’m sure this is a perfect property for the cooler months.

The house was exactly as described and was the perfect home base for our family of five while exploring Zion and Bryce. We stayed at a nice hotel in Springdale the last night bc the dates didn’t work to stay there the whole time and we were all saying how much we preferred the Watchman. It is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need and it is very clean. Beds are super comfortable. Great spaces to spread out and relax. Lots of great places to eat close by and only about 20 mins to Zion- get there early! Highly recommend the Watchman.

Awesome location and house!

We had a great time at the property! Everything was just as stated, and we had all the amenities we could help for. They were very on top of things and responsive to anything we had questions about. As an example, we went out to use the hot tub and the patio fun lights didn’t seem to be working. It wasn’t even a big deal, but I mentioned it in a message, and within an hour someone was there to fix it! The house is about 23 minutes from Zion entrance. We were here for two nights and left early one morning to hike the Narrows. The house allowed us to comfortably decompress after a long hike.

Girls trip

The house is perfect had everything we needed. There was a coffee shop down the street (river rock cafe) or you could drive to the main location (highly recommend)😋 also there is a grocery store and gas station right on the corner. We had plans to go to Zion n Bryce Canyon the drive to Zion was an hour and to Bryce about two. We added in some stops belly of the dragon and rip rap. Also onto the La verkin look out we stumbled upon it and the view is amazing. There were three of us girls so it was nice to come back to the house cook out on the grill rest in the peaceful back yard then when we needed our own time retreat to our individual rooms. Each one was beautifully decorated with tv and cozy comfy beds. There is a laundry downstairs with an additional bathroom. Would recommend this home to anyone. Thank you for sharing your home! 😊

Great home for a great time!

The property was so nice and felt like home as soon as we got there. The hot tub and open living areas downstairs made it easy to to relax after busy days. The rooms were open and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to use. We would definitely stay there again!
