Comfy beds and clean linens and we have a thing about pillows so we provide a LOT of them! The third bedroom is off the kitchen and is a great place for the kids to hang out and watch movies. It was an add-on to the home off of the kitchen and has a Smart TV and a fireplace that is used to heat this room and a separate AC unit. It has a bunk bed and queen-sized pull-out couch with a memory foam mattress. There is enough seating for 10 people to sit down and eat together between a breakfast bar that seats 4 and a dining table that seats 6\. We have 3 large TVs between the living room, master bedroom and third bedroom. We do not have cable as guests usually have their own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. account. We have NO STAIRS to climb as the house is all on one level. Both showers have grab bars to help with mobility issues. There is plenty of street parking if you have more than one car. You can park in the garage and in the driveway as well as all along the roads at the front of the house and along the sides. It was a great location and had plenty of space for our whole family. The rooms were clean and the layout was nice for a large group. We loved the location and the ease of getting to Zion National Park and other outdoor adventures. Everything is clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable, kitchen well-stocked and the interior is newly updated and beautifully decorated. It easily sleeps 10 people. It looks like they are in the process of doing something with the backyard. We will definitely visit there again and I'm excited to see what they do out there. This home is close to Zions national park and many trails and beautiful nature walks. I plan on going back and this time taking my kids and grandkids to enjoy the beautiful scenery, and a very peaceful and safe location. This home was perfect. It was clean and spacious and had everything that we needed. The backyard was amazing. Thank you so much for allowing us to make memories of a lifetime in your beautiful get-a-away home. Off the busy routes. Home was updated, had everything we needed, and the extra space off the kitchen where the bunk beds are was great for kids. Backyard private and space was clean. Loved having washer/dryer. Best find was the walking sticks in garage for our Narrows hike. Clean empty Garage also awesome for parking car, safety and keeping cool in the heat. I absolutely loved this place!! Beautiful setting!! Beautiful house. Everything clean. Bed comfy!! The selling point to me was their yard. A comfy table to read a book and drink coffee in the morning!! And we sat by their fire pit at night!! So peaceful!! Such a beautiful drive to Zion. Bryce was a bit of a drive but not bad.
