Mi estancia en Apartamentos MYD Avenida América fue, sin exagerar, la peor experiencia de alojamiento de mi vida. Si buscas un lugar donde sentirte bienvenido, este NO es el sitio. El trato por parte de la gestión fue sencillamente paupérrimo, inhumano y despótico.
Mi llegada fue traumática. La dirección proporcionada en Expedia no es correcta. Estuve perdido más de media hora bajo un sol picante, cargando maletas, tratando de adivinar dónde estaba el edificio. Su supuesta "asistencia" es un chat de WhatsApp donde prohíben llamadas o audios. Me encontré con un muro de respuestas tajantes, prepotentes y arrogantes que no solucionaban nada y encima me daban "boches" por no saber usar el GoogleMaps para encontrar una dirección mal dada. Fue un recibimiento deprimente y carente de cualquier condolencia o espíritu de servicio.
Para rematar la experiencia de desconfianza y hostilidad, el día de salida, a primera hora de la mañana y de forma presionante, ya me estaban exigiendo que les dijera la hora exacta de mi partida. Para colmo, me quisieron obligar bajo forma de advertencia a tomar fotos de todo el apartamento antes de irme y enviarlas a un número de WhatsApp diferente para "evitar cobros de fianza". Te tratan como a un criminal potencial desde el primer momento hasta el último.
Toda la conversación durante mi estancia fue una pesadilla constante. Es un alojamiento que te roba la tranquilidad y te arruina el viaje. NO RESERVES AQUÍ. Hay miles de opciones mejores en Madrid!

We were given an accessible room hough i hadnt booked ine. The bathroom was a wet room with a seat in the shower so the floor was soaked. Also nowhere to hang towels. Literally not even a peg!
The pool is not a swimming pool, it's about 3 meters by 4 meters.

"If you book this hotel and you use Google maps to find it, then put in Gandullas only as this is the village the hotel is in. Maps took me to 3 different places before some locals at my third stop gave me the correct address. They said I was in Pinuecar and not Gandullas. Very hard to find. But then ..."
