Establecimiento renovado y bien decorado con muchas actividades para niños en el resort. No me gustó que pusieran en las camas nórdicos en el mes de agosto, no podías dormir de la calor!!

Las fotos de la rcepción no hacen justícia a la realidad, el hotel es muy bonito y tiene aspecto de reformado hace poco, un hall muy acogedor. El servicio de cocina y comedor un poco justo ya que el precio es elevado para ser un buffet y con la cantidad de comida que habia, el restaurante cierra muy pronto, dejan de servir cenas y empiezan a recoger a las 22h

Escogí este hotel porque entendí que se podía llegar caminando a Boí, lugar desde el que parten los Taxis 4x4 hacia el parque nacional. Sí es posible ir hasta Boí, pero me costó bastante encontrar el camino, y hay almenos 1 hora de camino. En coche, sin embargo, son menos de 10 minutos. La habitación carecía de armario cerrado, aunque sí había una barra donde colgar la ropa, un estante y un pequeño escritorio con su silla. En cuanto a la limpieza, correcto, salvo porque no cambiaron las toallas usadas. Por 16€ por persona y noche, se puede cenar en el hotel. Era cena buffet con no muchas opciones, pero bastante variadas. Es una buena relación calidad/precio en comparación con otras opciones cercanas al lugar.

Hotel recien reformado, personal excelente y mut atento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Las chicas de la limpieza un poco desordenadas dejando las cosas por el pasillo y hablando a grito pelado entre ellas a la 8:45. un les falta un poco de rodaje, pero por tenerlo lleno lo solucionaron todo muy bien. Agua de las duchas perfecta. El WIFI de las habitaciones no funciona. No hay vasos ni mando de la tele en las habitaciones.
