Neat and pleasant interior with the living room-kitchen opening onto the garden, shower room with bathtub, sink, toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140. Upstairs (steep staircase) a mezzanine (height less than 1 m 80)

Volet d'entrée difficile à ouvrir +porte baie qui bloc en bas ,robinetterie à revoir côté salle de bain. Terrasse pas désherber, Toiles araignées, poussière, Autrement bon équipement rien à redire. Agréable de pouvoir aller en centre ville à pieds.
