Two new houses each with a separate entrance and parking space. The location is ideal between the beach and shops. On the ground floor is the main room with a fitted kitchen open to the living room and a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with closet, the first with 1 140cm bed and the second with 2 80cm beds, toilet with washbasin. Outside, a terrace with bioclimatic pergola and its garden furniture. Equipment: Television, refrigerator, microwave, small washing machine, vitro hob, vacuum cleaner, plancha. wifi. 1 individual storeroom. Location: About 600 m from the beach and 900 m from the shops in the town center. The end-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant. Optional end-of-stay cleaning (upon reservation): €70 package. Linen is not provided. Electricity consumption to be expected in addition in low season (from 01/01 to 30/06 and from 01/09 to 31/12).
