It comprises a living room with a television, a kitchen open to the living room with an electric stove (4 electric burners and an electric oven), a refrigerator/freezer, and a microwave; two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm); a third bedroom with two single beds (90 cm); a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and washing machine; a toilet; a courtyard with garden furniture; and parking on the public road.
