Direct access to the beach, a relaxing outdoor pool open and heated from May 1st until the third week of September, with a paddling pool, jacuzzi, and secure private parking, plus a paid laundry room (washing machine/dryer). This new 56 m² apartment on the 1st floor, facing the sea, sleeps 4/6, with magnificent views of the ocean and the Ile de Ré. It features a 23 m² living area with a sofa bed that converts to a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge and microwave). A bedroom with a sea view features a 160 cm double bed and a walk-in closet. A second bedroom features two 80 cm single beds that can be pushed together, and a walk-in closet. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Separate toilet. LUXE-level amenities: dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and reversible air conditioning. This bright apartment features a large bay window opening onto a spacious 14m² balcony with garden furniture and outdoor furniture. The apartment is Clévacances-certified: 3 keys. La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent. Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village. 13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
