LA TRANCHE SUR MER, near the town center and close to shops, a pleasant house with a small garden in a residential complex.  
The accommodation for 4 people includes a fully fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room, one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90cm). A bathroom with sink, shower, and washing machine. Separate WC. To enjoy the sun, there is a veranda for meals and a small garden with a terrace.  
  
800m from the town center, 1km from the main beach and 1.5km from the Super U supermarket.  
  
Amenities: television, washing machine, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, garden furniture, griddle.  
End-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.  
End-of-stay cleaning is available upon reservation: €70 flat rate. Linens are not provided. Please bring proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage.  
  
Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is extra outside of peak season.  
Pets are not allowed.
