Holiday House Close to Beach, Shops & Pool in La Tranche-sur-Mer

LA TRANCHE SUR MER, close to the beach and shops.
House in a holiday residence, ideally located between shops and the beach, with a small enclosed garden. Parking space #1 within the residence.

Ground floor: Entrance hall with wardrobe, main room with kitchen/dining area, WC.
Upstairs: Mezzanine bedroom (ceiling height -1.80 m) with a double bed (140 cm), bathroom with sink and bathtub (accessed via a steep Japanese-style staircase). The bedroom door is low.

Amenities: Small refrigerator, microwave, conventional oven, four-burner electric hob, electric coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, television, garden furniture, travel cot.

End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Optional end-of-stay cleaning available upon reservation: €70 flat rate. Location: Approximately 1 km from the beach, 800 m from the town center, and 750 m from the municipal swimming pool. Bed linen and towels are not provided but are available as an optional extra for a fee upon reservation. Please bring proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is extra outside of peak season.
One pet is welcome for €25.

About 1km from the beach, 800m from the town center and 750m from the municipal swimming pool.
La Tranche sur Mer has had the "European Blue Flag" label since 2002, so you can discover 13km of fine sandy beaches there. For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.

Logement très bien situé. Très propre. Par contre, installations sanitaires et cuisine vieillissantes. Très bon accueil de l'agence locale. Manque un peu d'ustensiles pour déguster les fruits de mer. Dommage.
