LA TRANCHE SUR MER, La Grière, a pleasant detached house located in a wooded setting with a terrace and garden furniture. The approximately 350 m² plot is fenced and has a parking space. The interior is well-kept.  
1 living room - lounge, kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom, bathtub with sink, 1 separate toilet.  
Amenities: washing machine, refrigerator-freezer, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, television, vacuum cleaner, kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, wardrobe, cupboards, electric griddle, dishes and cutlery, and decorative fireplace.  
Location: approximately 900 m from the beach and shops. La Tranche town center is 3,500 m away. Seasonal shops are approximately 1,100 m away.  
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant. Housekeeping option available upon reservation for €70\. Sheets and linens not provided; optional service upon reservation. Provide proof of liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra in the off-season.
