At approx. 550 m. from Flandre Dunkerque beach, 500 m from small shops at the Maupas roundabout and approx. 1 km. of the Super U and its commercial area “Les Joncs”. \- 1 equipped kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with preservative), \- 1 living room, with flat screen TV (satellite) and 1 fireplace (decorative only) opening onto the garden, \- 3 bedrooms each with 2 0.90 beds. - 1 bathroom (sink, shower) and separate WC. 1 baby bed.
