Very nice house, close to the beach with great garden.

Ground floor of a basic but well equipped house. The house is located very nicely, beach is nearby (5 min walk). The garden is nice with a sunny deck and a shaded garden. The house has 3 bedrooms and a storage for bikes. House is a bit noisy tough.

Avis mitigé

Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais regrettons le manque d’honnêteté de l’annonce : la villa est en réalité séparée en 2 logements superposés et indépendants. Nous avions le logement du bas. Nous n’aurions pas réservé si cela avait été indiqué dans l’annonce, malheureusement nous avons réservé tardivement et ne pouvions pas annuler. Aucune isolation acoustique entre les 2 niveaux, nous avons été réveillés chaque matin par les pleurs du bébé des voisins (+ nombreux bruits de chocs, pas, etc…). Parmi les points à améliorer : - propreté des lieux - la maison est spacieuse, relativement récente, mais manque de confort. pas de canapé mais de vieux fauteuils qui sentent l’humidité, et une immense table qui encombre le salon (en plus de celle pour manger juste à côté qui est déjà très grande). 1 seule sdb et 1 seul toilette pour 8p ce n’est pas assez à notre sens (heureusement nous n’étions que 4 !) Pour finir sur de bons points : - un emplacement vraiment parfait parmi les belles villas du Pyla, au calme (si on fait abstraction des locataires du dessus), à deux pas de la mer dans une végétation luxuriante - Bon contact avec le propriétaire - 2 vélos mis à disposition pour le séjour - une belle terrasse et un grand jardin privatifs avec BBQ qui sont vraiment un plus lors de la belle saison - grande cuisine agréable et bien équipée En résumé, nous recommandons ce logement pour des personnes prévenues de la configuration des lieux… et aurions apprécié être nous mêmes avertis.

A Pyla sur mer entre la dune et les quartiers d'Arcachon

Nous avons apprécié la maison qui est jolie et bien adaptée à la famille, un beau jardin et la situation idéale pour rayonner au sud vers la dune et les plages océans comme vers Arcachon et Cap Ferret. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire

Das Objekt lag ideal zum Baden und für Ausflüge in der Region. Die Ausstattung war zweckmäßig. Der Garten war schattig und ruhig. Die Liegen waren etwas angegraut. Alles in Allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Tres agréable maison

Maison familiale très agréable à vivre.

Maison très spacieuse et bien orientée pour profiter d'une terrasse bien agencée et d'un parc ombragé. La proximité de la plage permet d'y accéder à pied et les nombreuses pistes cyclables permettent de sillonner facilement le long de la côte.

Location agréable

Très bon séjour, très bien située près de la plage et de la Dune du Pyla. Assez proche du lac de Cazaux et du centre d'Arcachon. La maison est agréable avec une très grande terrasse où l'on peut profiter du soleil avec les transats à disposition. Quartier très calme. Je conseille cette maison ! Nous y reviendrons très certainement ! Merci pour vos conseils :)

Belle location

Belle location très bien située à proximité de la plage, de la Dune du Pyla. La maison est agréable avec une belle terrasse en bois, un jardin arboré. Les chambres sont grandes, la cuisine est bien équipée. Il y a deux vélos à disposition. Le propriétaire est sérieux et disponible. Très bon séjour.

Location très bien située et très bien équipée. Deux vélos mis à disposition permettent de poser la voiture et profiter pleinement des nombreuses pistes cyclables autour. Le parc et la grande terrasse son très appréciables par beau temps. Propriétaires disponibles et de bon conseil.

Je vous recommande la villa CECILE elle est d' une part située dans un endroit calme à proximité de la plage, des commerces, il n' est pas utile d' utiliser son véhicule d' autant plus que des vélos sont à disposition. D' autre part la villa est très bien agencée grande et très bien équipée, à l'extérieur une grande terrasse et un jardin ombragé permettant de se resssourcer. On s' y sent comme chez soi c' est pourquoi je vous recommande cette villa.

belle location

maison propre avec de belles prestations à proximité des plages . Le seul bémol est qu'elle est un peu sombre compte tenu de la végétation mais on vit surtout dehors sur une grande terrasse équipée de bains de soleil Le propriétaire donne par téléphone de bon conseils sur la région Je recommande vivement cette location
