You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Charming Arcachon villa a stone's throw from beaches and shops.
Villa of the beginning of the XXth century recently modernized, with sunny garden and terrace.
Located behind the Moulleau church, access to the beaches and the many shops is on foot.
Kitchen open to living / dining room (35m2), renovated in 2018 and fully equipped (electric oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, etc.).
The living room, equipped with a TV and DVD player, opens onto a large 30m2 terrace, furnished with a table and armchairs for breakfasts and outdoor meals.
Washing machine, freezer, barbecue and deckchairs available.
Kitchen linen provided.
Night side: 3 bedrooms, of which:
- a parental suite of 20m2 with private bathroom (renovation 2017). 140cm bed, large wardrobe / wardrobe.
- a large double bedroom of 140cm, large wardrobe / wardrobe. Surface: 18m2.
- a bedroom with two 90cm beds, wardrobe and two dressers. Surface: 16m2.
An additional bathroom completes the sleeping area, also renovated in 2017.
Bed linen and towels not provided.
The 800m2 garden is landscaped and equipped with automatic watering, without special maintenance.
Petit Bois is appreciated for its typical architecture of the Arcachon Bay, its ideal location and its warm decoration.
