"We made the difficult decision to leave this property before spending even one night there.Our experience started badly when the host, who lives in another part of the property, greeted us with obvious frustration because she had waited about 30 minutes for our arrival. Stayed here for 4 nights whilst exploring the Cinque Terre - great restaurant nearby (Osteria La Carabaccia - booking required), and a couple of good grocery stores (Co-op and Basko.) Our hostess highly recommended a day out in nearby Porto Venere - and this was a very good recommendation! You can catch ferry boats here to the Cinque Terre villages.

Excellent room for a stay in the region. There's a great view from the room and the terrasse of the city and the surroundings. Everything is extremely clean.
The host is super friendly and takes time to share her knowledge of the region.
One thing to take note of is that a car is highly recommended to access the property otherwise it must be a bit long to walk to the city center (train station, port). Only a (very nice) restaurant is located nearby (5min walk)

We had a lovely room, very clean and had what we needed for a family of 4. It's in a very good location, with lots of supermarkets close by and it was about a 15 minute walk to the train station.

Great communication, hosts always very helpful and responsive
Perfect location if wanting to travel to Cinque Terre, clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a couple travelling around Italy
We asked for some washing to be done and they did it right away and returned straight back to our room, couldn’t have asked for more :)

Lovely room, great location right in central La Spezia, and easy access into Cinque Terre. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and available at all times to answer any questions, would highly recommend!

property was closed to the train station making it easy to get to, and get Cinq Terre. The apartments are very nicely decorated, an the a/c is fabulous! Just what you need in a summer heatwave! The kitchen is really useful. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The host was absolutely wonderful, incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The location was also perfect, just a short distance from the city centre.

An absolutely gorgeous guest house with amazing owners and staff who were knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. The room was top tier in both cleanliness and general aesthetic. Definitely worth visiting again for Biassa, the surrounding towns, and of course Pietra di Mare.

Situated in a grand old character building, it's a brand new modern refurb that's spotlessly clean. The beds are comfy and there's a mini fridge provided. As a Brit, it's also always nice to have a kettle and a selection of tea bags when you arrive.
