  • The apartment is located in the quiet Migliarina area, a five-minute walk from the small and convenient train station (La Spezia-Migliarina), which offers a direct line to the Cinque Terre, and from the bus stop. Available for both long- and short-term stays, my apartment offers comfort and relaxation to make your holiday unforgettable.
    We have reserved a parking space for our guests, included in the price.
    Located in a convenient yet quiet area near Maggiolina Park. A strategic location for exploring the Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, and the other wonders of the Ligurian coast.
    La Spezia is situated in the heart of the historic “Gulf of Poets,” so named because, over the years, poets such as Byron and Shelley have stayed there to seek inspiration in the area’s spectacular landscapes. It is a destination suitable for all types of travellers—families, those who love relaxing on the beach, and hikers—thanks to the numerous natural attractions in the surrounding area. Not to mention its proximity to the most famous picturesque seaside villages: the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, and Lerici.

    The Esselunga supermarket is 200 metres away.
    The Mirame Mama bar-restaurant offers a 10% discount to guests of Case sul Parco on Italian or American breakfasts.
